Every service provider has the challenge of providing a functional system while being sensitive to certain limitations that a client may face. This system has to be result driven, proactive and with a definite game plan as to what is to be achieved within a stipulated period of time.
This is the principle on which our work is based.
Our focus is always to create Total Transport solutions and concept Management systems that are in total sync with the management, have the ability to think out of the box and is in the loop at all times resulting in a more effective system with better resource management.

Some of the internal mechanisms that have enabled us to maintain quality services are:
(a) Prevention Based Mechanism
We work on a Preventive and Proactive Mechanism, the basic objective of which is to ensure that all systems are being audited on a continuous and regular basis and to further streamline the operations while striving for excellence and having an efficient mechanism.
This structure depends on the ability to
- Audit and identify loopholes in the existing set up
- Provide specific and innovative solutions to address these concerns
- Provide swift and efficient execution
These audits are conducted by the senior management of the Chanson team and include feedback received from the client. These audits would include surprise compliance check, BGV, OTA/OTD and cost effectiveness.
(b) Qualitative Service Deliverables
The key to consistent and progressive services is to have a measure of tangible progress based on Qualitative Service Deliverables.
